I've been a customer since 2009. I understand prices have increased but to trust a technician on extra work at an oil change appt and to be charged 44.95 fur shop supplies is just too much. Years ago I worked in the office at Croutcher Marcum and I completely know what this hidden fee is. I have never complained about it prior because I just didn't want to "be that person." However, i feel like a fool. Thankyou for allowing me to give my opinion as I now realize there just isn't any "customer retionshop" nowadays. Worse case senerio I think there should be a cap on this fee on these larger tickets. Just my opinion as I have had a new awareness.
