Check engine light is back on again. We have already paid almost $800 on the same issue. First was the gas cap and then a mouse nest. Had car home two days and light is back on!!! Call Kim Wilkirson at ****-****-xxxx.

Charlotte Swords - who helped me with getting my car serviced did a good job. But when I came into the dealership and approached the service counter of those who check in the cars, there was a male employee who wouldn’t look up from the computer whatsoever. Even though I had placed my purse and keys directly in front of him, he ignored my presence, and I felt very unwelcome. At the minimum, he could’ve at least given Given me some eye contact, and maybe smiled. It was so awkward that I was tempted to leave and get service elsewhere. This should not in any way negatively impact Charlotte, but whoever that grumpy employee is- he should not be on the front line, especially if he is having a bad day! I have consistently bragged on Toyota South but now I question if I will even buy my next car there.

It looked as though my vehicle had been sprayed with water, leaving many water spots on my windows, mirrors, and chrome. I’m sure it was sprayed/washed with complementary intent, and I appreciate such things. Just ask me before you offer to spray or wash my vehicle.
As far as the service I received, as always it was fantastic.
