I’ve been shopping around for a dealer to perform service and repairs on my 2019 Tacoma. I was underwhelmed with Toyota South, and honestly, a little surprised. Not the friendliest place, and two plus hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment? I’ve got a hunch as to why it took so long. I’m not likely to drive another hour back there.

Charlotte was great getting my car tire inspected, and gave me suggestions of other items on the car that needed attention. Ryan, did an excellent job getting me in for the inspection,after another dealer in Lexington told me he didn't think it could be fixed. I told them I'll just take it to Toyato South in Richmond and see!!
