We went to Richmond Toyota to have engine air filter replaced…then left, but once on interstate, heard a throaty sound, and when we arrived to Lexington, we found that the old air filter was missing , a new one was not installed, and the housing was not secured. We made call to the dealership to let them know and we were not going to head back to Richmond on way home to mount Sterling. We had to go out f our way to Green’s Toyota to purchase a new air filter AGAIN! ****-****-xxxx
