Wrong parts were ordered which means yet another trip to the dealership and wasted gas. I sent them a picture of the worn door weather strip and asked them if they had it in stock or could order it before my scheduled maintenance appointment. They said that the item had to be inspected before they could do that to verify it was covered by warranty. Once verified they were to order it and call me when it arrived in 3 to 5 days. No call was received so I called after a week and the part had come in. Second trip, wrong part. So now I have to waste some more gas and time. Hopefully they will have the correct part?

The seat wasn’t put back in original position and the automatic running lights were turned off. Did this last time the car was serviced. Drove until dark before we realized the lights weren’t on. Had to stop to find the switch to turn them back on automatic. Other services were good.
