I don't know what the company's mission is, but I think there are employees who have their own missions and I don't see them as very good. The person in charge of my car called me to tell me that the noise my car was making meant that something had to be changed in the brakes. When I went to get checked, he told me later that some stones had gotten into the brake disc. I don't see where the sincerity and seriousness of the work is.

So far I think the service department is doing a little bit better job than before. One thing so far that need to be addressed is that one time we were told a service needed to be preformed and the next time it was fine?? The other thing is that before I would explain what the problem was and as a customer I was wrong, the truth was and turned out to be that I knew what I was talking about. I like Toyota and hope to get back honest answers, people that listen, and understanding. Keep up the progress.
