I called back when Robert was at lunch and spoke to Bernie. He indicated that the reason my bill was higher than the website oil change price was because I didn’t ask for the website price. He said there’s a senior citizen discount, but I didn’t ask for it. Since I spent 20k+full warranty on this vehicle at THIS dealership, why wouldn’t I expect the best prices on service as a regular customer? No where on the website does it indicate discounts ‘if you ask’. Why should I ever come back to Heart City Toyota?
