The service was fine. It took longer than expected, making me late for my next appointment, but I have no complaints about the quality of the work.

I arrived early to appointment and was very pleased with prompt work and very friendly service assistance.

I came to get my oil changed last week and my tires rotated, but a week later, I notice I'm missing a nut on my front right wheel. I wouldn't think much of it, if I hadn't also gotten my brakes replaced at the same place just a month or so ago, and found out a couple weeks later that the nuts on my front left tire were so loose that my tire was about to fall off. This is ridiculous for how much I had to pay on both occasions - I shouldn't have to worry if my car got reassembled properly or if it's gonna fall apart while I'm driving because someone neglected the couple seconds it takes to tighten my wheels and the couple seconds more it takes to double check. Furthermore, I also had a heat shield removed during my oil change and was told as such - what I wasn't told was that it was tossed in my trunk until I checked it days later. I've had air filters replaced, my aforementioned brakes replaced, and probably more that I can't remember, but I've never had the replaced item tossed back in my car for me to keep because it's almost always junk. Who needs an expired and mouse chewed air cabin filter, or a set of locked up nigh destroyed brakes? Obviously not the person who thought I needed a blackened, overused heat shield that gave my car a rattle. I don't know what it's going to take to get me to ever come back to Heart City Toyota, but it's gotta be more than this.

He was very polite and helpful. He also followed through on what he said he would do.

Please help me understand how you do not have parts in stock that my vehicle is being recalled for? In what world is this proper planning? I have to come in not only for a recall but also again because the dealer doesn’t have the parts the car is recalled for. Why wouldn’t these be in stock for a known issue.
