In addition to the service center not being able to find and correct the actually issue with pirate vehicle, When they delivered the car back to us as agreed, they only brought us 2 od the 4 sets of keys that they were supposed to bring us. In addition, they were supposed to pay all 4 sets of keys and key fobs in the box of the bench on the porch. They did NOT. They left only 2 sets of keys in the cup holders in the car. One of the sets they did not return to us had a USB memory stick attached to it that contains a lot of personal information. We need the other 2 sets of keys!

Came in with excessive brake dust on front brakes of my 2022 Bronco spot with 1818. Miles. I was told brakes are working properly. I didn't have an issue with the brakes not working. My wheels are covered in brake dust within two days of washing. I was told to clean the wheels weekly. I am not happy with this response who thinks that having a brand new vehicle and you have to clean wheels weekly.
