When I picked up my Explorer it was very dirty. I understand water had to be used to troubleshoot the situation, but water was used and let to dry on the vehicle. The vehicle was dropped off clean and returned dirty. I personally don’t have the time in my day to take an hour for this to be resolved.

I took the Ford F150 in for a scheduled oil change,I also requested that there was a noise coming from the frontend of the vehicle,
Audrey had in formed me that it was a wheel bearing and the the part was available but wouldn't be able to work on it until the next morning. I appreciate the honesty and promptness in which the work was completed. Audrey has always been very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and I appreciate that I have always been treated with the utmost respect she is definitely an asset to your new company. I have always gone to that particular Ford Dealership when the previous owner ran it I look forward to dealing with the new ownership,I purchased the 2017 F150 thru Capital City Ford 6 years ago..
