I am extremely thankful that Greenfield Ford Service was able to replace the water pump and to do the numerous recalls that were on the Fusion in less than a week. I am also thankful that the car was repaired a day early, as that provided an extra day to return the rental and pick up my car, as I work outside of the Indianapolis area. I also found who answers the service department phone to be most helpful, as she helped and assured that the car could be repaired as all of the parts were available, as I had the car at another garage that was not able to replace the water pump. I will consider Greenfield Ford Service again even with the distance from Indianapolis, especially as other Ford Service Departments estimate several weeks before the repair. Thank you very much!
