Service was great. However I’m very disappointed in the fact Capitol City Ford no longer honors non Ford warranties. The warranty I have I purchased from a Ford dealer. It should be honored by all Ford dealers.

Again, Josh did not complete what was asked when I turned in my vehicle. I have been an Inskeep customer for over 20 years. I have had all of my vehicles serviced there and no where else. I am a loyal customer and try to stay local. I am very disappointed. Guess it is time to find another dealership and repair shop.
