I have been there a few times getting my vehicle serviced and I have always had a good experience. Autumn Fairchild was courteous and very professional, I did not have an appointment scheduled. Autumn took the time and checked in with the shop to see if they could get my vehicle serviced and she was able to get it done. So yes very satisfied with my experience at Capitol City Ford!
