It still jumps from 3-5, skips 4 but if it grabs 4 then it jumps to 6 and skips 5. Shouldn't be doing that and thought that issue would have been completely resolved. But it's not leaking so something positive came out of the shop work.

I didn’t receive a vehicle status report and I didn’t get a sticker reminding me when my next service is due. As much as I paid for the works I expect better than the 10 minute oil changes. Is this what I should expect now that Capital City Ford is the owner. I have no reason to keep coming to you guys if the quality of service is sub standard. How do I know all the things were done to my car without the status report.

Your service was as stated!!! My appointment was at2:00PM, I arrived at 1:50pM and wS served quickly!!! After the works oil change service, I was on my way home by 3:15 PM !!! Great service in this day and age!! Thank you!!! Also I called Audrey at 10:00AM the same day and she got me in at 2:00PM!!! Won’t forget that !!

Audrey was the highlight of my 1:00 scheduled oil change . She came out to the van to get the service started. 1 hour and 43 minutes later my oil change was completed. Paid, went the van to drive to school for my pickups only to find my keys were locked in the van. After 35 minutes of several service techs trying unsuccessfully to break into the van a brilliant idea of making a key was thought of. Very insincere apology from the service manager topped of my experience.
