Air was not added to my tires. Also when I made the appointment two months ago for the sun shade to be replaced or fixed, I was not told to request a loaner vehicle at that time too. I was also not advised at the time of the appointment that it would take four days for my vehicle to be fixed. I have had great service in the past but this time it was not very good.
