Service advisor was very customer service oriented. I will say as a company owner with many diesel trucks that they need to have a better option for us verse someone who drives a standard vehicle. Shouldn’t take hours to get a simple oil change and filters. Other than that it’s a great dealership

Noah told me we could keep the rental car and bring it back on Thursday morning when our revival was over unless I heard back from him shortly. We did not hear back from him so we went out and put enough gas in your car to drive it the next two days and turn it in with about the same mileage to empty as it had on it when we picked it up from Akins. Then a man called me early Tuesday morning and said he would be bringing my car to me and picking up the rental. I told him we had just put more gas in it to get us through the revival but he just ignored me. So I sent the car back with 4 to 5 gallons more than what it had in it when we picked it up. So then I had to go and put more gas in my car to finish the revival week. I even ask him if they would do anything about this and he said he didn’t know. If they had told me sooner this is what they were doing, that would have been fine, but this last minute decision cost me gas money and I didn’t like that at all. Other than that I thought all else went well!
