Almost over a 4 hour wait for an oil change, I was told that I had a nail in tire that could be fixed for 19.95 I agree somehow my tire ended up being damaged and the process and they had to replace tire with new one at no charge which I was thankful for. Brandon was a great service advisor. Just annoying about wait time.
