The under writer was uninformed about the recall and the amount of time it would take to make the repairs and told me it would be 1 to 2 days to complete the repair, so I then arranged a rental which took more then 2 hours of my day and in a matter of a few hours I received a call saying my truck was ready to be picked up, I spent the next couple of hours returning the rental and getting a ride back to your dealership. A total waste of the better part of the day.
