My service advisor never even checked to see if my (practically brand new, with only 5000 miles on it) Compass was under warranty, nor did he ask me. So when I went to pick up my vehicle (after an oil change and recall work), he presented me with a bill of over $100. When I told him it was under warranty, he asked what type of warranty. I told him to please look it up. After admitting I was correct, he still had me sign paperwork with the outstanding balance of over $100 on it rather than printing the paperwork showing I owed nothing. I’m used to impeccable, honest, trustworthy service from Akins, so this stood out to me as not up to your standard of care.
