It took 30 days to get the car in for a simple repair. It took three days to diagnose it and two days to order the part. Would have preferred not taking the car in until you were ready to diagnose. No reason for the car to sit for three days after waiting for 30. Overall, we've been very satisfied with our Akins experience. We normally get our car fixed at your Quick Lane shop but for some reason, they couldn't repair my Mustang? Regardless, you've always got our business… This was just a weird experience overall And I thought someone should know about it.

I scheduled my appointment to program a second key fob for my car on 9/10. I arrived, checked in, and sat in the waiting area. About 15-20 minutes later, the sales associate came to inform me that the sales department had sold the last key fob in stock earlier that day and that I would need to schedule another appointment. I had taken off of work early today, using vacation time, to take care of this and now I will have to take more vacation time next Friday in order to come back to the dealership to have a new key fob programmed. I am looking forward to having two keys for my car but today was very inconvenient and a waste of valuable time and gas.
