Hi, it's all good. If the service adviser let the client know what needs to be done and relevant charges before heading to service then it would be perfect.

-I had an appointment but it took 3 hours and 45 minutes to change the oil, change the back brakes, rotate the tires, and add windshield wipers. I could have done it myself if I had know how long the pros were going to take.
-I brought my own brake pads and was told they couldn’t use them because of liability. That’s ridiculous. I brought the pads in, I asked that they be put on. They were as national brand. It’s clearly for the dollars you were going to loose out on. The same rule with the rotors. There are standards that say when rotors need to be turned. My rotors were fine. Again you wanted my dollars.
-every time I come in there is a new person checking my car in. Are you not able to retain employees longer than a month or two? They’ve all been pleasant, but it would be nice to have experienced people once in a while.
-I’ve been a loyal patient customer since I bought the truck from Akin almost 4 years ago. But if things don’t improve, next visit will be my last.
