Love that Ford and Akins will pickup and return vehicles for service/repairs. This will definetly influence our next vehicle purchase

Chris was very helpful, and open about the likely “serviceability” of my 2015 Edge (350k+ miles), should I choose to proceed with various repairs. Including that a transmission replacement would be likely in the not too distant future. He did not push me toward any particular action, and fully discussed my options. I will likely talk with Akins staff about purchasing a new or used vehicle, and rely on Chris for future servicing of the vehicle.

I was expecting my service to take several days but it was done in one day. That was great.
I was given a rental with less than a quarter tank of gas and I put over three quarters of tank in it expecting the service to take a while. When I brought the rental back I was informed that there is no compensation for giving you extra gas. That part was disappointing considering the current gas prices.
