Service was outstanding and so much better than other dealerships in the area

I was charged without being told of the charge. I understood that all the diagnostic was under one charge which was covered on my warranty. The tech was condescending and rude. This is not the first time I’ve had problems at Akins. Makes me hesitant about coming there for future service or purchasing a car there.

Elvis kept me informed of all repairs that were needed and answered my questions relating to those repairs. Thanks Elvis

Gerry and Elvis went above and beyond to correct something that happened and it was very much appreciated.

There are some services that I wasn’t told that will be performed before I brought in the vehicle . I thought that I was just doing recall work.

This was a very very horrible customer experience. Long story short vehicle was dropped off in January picked up April 26th . This as whole was not just the advisor but management as well . I also let Josh know what an unpleasant experience this was and how inconvenient for a customer to be without a vehicle this long . There seemed to be no concerns I even advised I needed a vehicle to travel for work and well no concerns . We advised not to call when I was in Seattle instead I get a call at 4:30 am after we had asked a week before please not to call . I mean there was so many inconsistent stories every time I called . I was very patient as I don’t think most would have tolerated there vehicle in the shop for over 3 months and then after paying the dealer tried to stick me with another bill for 1k and I refused I already paid 3k and nobody said anything to me about the bill until it was ready to pick up for the second time well again I came to pick it up it was still not fixed . Finally it took 3 trips to the dealer 3 months to finally get my car back . I will say I was a cx since 1999 I will never do business with this company again and will suggest friends and family stay away as well . My father in law was going to buy a new car from the dealer and has changed his mind after seeing what I have been through . I hope this feedback will get someone’s attention as service dept needs a quality and audit check . Good luck to Josh as he was handling my issue towards the end and I hope no other customer had to go through what I went through .
