Probably the best waiting room I’ve ever been in. Coca Cola and ice cream and water and… the list goes on and I was probably in and out in 30 minutes tops. Awesome service and superb treatment from staff. You have certainly won me as a customer. Second time I’ve been to your service center and was just as good as the first time!!!

It’s safe to say I’ll never come back for service at Akins ford again. A simple 5 minute repair took 7 days. Brandon could even understand simple diagnostic procedures and didn’t even get the vehicle diagnosed. I had to call the service mgr, Russell and Katie to handle the issue. I bitterly told Brandon what was wrong and it took the tech 5 minutes to fix the vehicle. Brandon told me that there were thousands upon thousands (no joke that what he said) before he could have anyone look at it. Management was great and took care of the problem. Please see that Brandon gets some customer service training and maybe have him work on a few cars since he knew nothing about them…nothing about reading trouble codes, what anything does, how the vehicle operates. Thank you to Brandon for keeping me well informed about my truck. A big thanks to him for bringing a loaner truck to our residence. We live an hour and a half away and I was very surprised that this was an option. And very satisfying that he also returned my truck and picked up the loaner. I brought my truck in for an oil change and fuel filters change, however when I got my truck back it had a check engine light on. I walked back inside and got my service advisor to check it out and she said they didn’t properly prime my truck. That’s not something a customer should hear after a service it makes ya’ll look bad as if you don’t complete the work given to the mechanics. I ended up having to prime my truck myself and I wasn’t too happy about it due to the fact they could’ve ruined my fuel pump or caused engine damage.
