My car was done for a while and I wasn’t told. Then, when I went and asked about it, they told me it had a nail in a tire I wanted to have them check. I had already been there for 2 and a half hours. It would’ve been nice to know about the tire so I could get them to possibly replace it while I was there.

Overall, the service provided was good but the issue involved my car getting confused with another car of the same make. The mistake resulted in the other car being given a 60K transmission service that I requested for my car. My car was not initially serviced and I ended up waiting another hour or so for my car to be serviced. The service representative did a good job of explaining what happened and gave me a free future oil change.

I was super disappointed that my BOGO coupon didn’t work for my vehicle. I feel like you should be more clear about it being for synthetic blend oil only. Maybe say that in capital letters. It feels like a bit of false advertising.
