I have always been very happy with Aikins Ford and their customer service. It is top notch. My recent service was a 2nd visit for the same stereo repair. Different parts either replaced or repaired and after paying approx $900, stereo still isn't fixed. Can't keep paying for guessing fixes. Could have paid for a brand new after market stereo for less than the 2 unsuccessful repairs at Aikens. There are only 2 options to resolve this issue. Aikins figures this out, permanently fix the problem and do not charge me another dime to do so. Or reimburse me for the 2 failed repair attempts and then I will pay someone else to install an aftermarket stereo that works.
