Mike, excellent service, but the rental vehicle area was a bad experience. On 2 occasions they rented me a dirty vehicle that could be in bad condition.

Overall, the service and my tech were great. My only question was about the “work” done to my car. I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Upon coming my tech had informed me that not one but 3 wheel studs had to be replaced on my Subaru. I didn’t ask many questions, outside of which ones and if I needed to watch out for anything this week. But as I got home, I wondered if the service team actually caused the damage to my car while servicing since the part and work were at no charge. I questioned it more as I returned home. I plan to call back this week and verify. I’m happy that it was taken care of, but I would like to know if it was caused by a member of the service team, just for complete transparency.

I continue to have yhr same problem every time I get an oil change. Your sloppy techs get oil everywhere and do not clean it up and I end up with oil in my driveway. How does this keep happening. It happens ebay single time and I have been complaining about this for years. I am a long time customer. What are you going to do about this.

I was extremely pleased with the service that Chris provided for my wife and I . Chris and his service team went the extra mile to get the repair on my wife’s 2021 Bronco even after the recall stated parts were not going to be till 3rd quarter!!! I’ve been in service as a shop foreman , mechanic , service advisor, service manager for 35 years and I have noticed over the years taking care of the customers needs has taken a back seat . Chris has shown that he practices what he preaches and provides the service that customers used to receive when a persons word meant something. He is a credit to Akins service team . When he heard about the reason this vehicles repair was important to me and my wife he showed compassion and kindness, My wife has brain cancer and this Bronco was life long dream of hers .
