She wasted a week of my time by leading me to believe in her words”they r working on your car in between working on other car” days went by with no phone call. When I called she and left a message she did not call me back. Later the same day I called again and was told she was on another call and would call me back. She did not call. So my daughter called her and she gave a total different story that I did not make an appointment and it would 72 hours for them to look at my car.after 75 hours when I had not heard from her we called and talked to Katie. Katie said the car has been here science the 11? Cindy said yes. Katie said she would call us on Monday. I live in Suwanee the reason I dropped the car off with u was because I have always gotten great service but this time it was a night mare!!!! I was at my daughter’s house for a week. If Venessa runs your business soon u will be out of business!!!!
