2018 4runner leaves my family stranded and your service department has a problem determining the diagnosis to remedy my 50,000 dollar investment into a forever trouble free vehicle. Now we have no confidence to drive it , not knowing we may have to call a tow truck and a cab to get home . Absolutely have no confidence in your service department. Michael Guillory is a good advisor. He should come to work for us at Navarre . Oh yea , at Navarre for 27 years , and bought a 4Runner. Bought an awesome vehicle, didn’t know the service department was ???????? .

Had a small oil leak after an oil change 2 days before (Saturday) and this location. Showed up Monday morning was seen quickly and they were able to fix the issue. Things happen and I get that, but how everyone handle the situation made me feel so much better. They got to me quick, apologized profusely and got my car back to normal without any additional headaches.

I brought my wife's car in for a tire rotation service, then 1.5 hours later had to ask what was taking so long. Was told that the service rep looked for me and tried to contact me about the cabin air filter needing replacing. I was seated right outside the service department and never once saw the rep go outside unless it was to greet another guest. Then I was informed my wife approved the filter replacement, but according to her she never said to replace it, and instead told the rep to ask me about approving it first. I don't feel like it's acceptable that work was authorized on our vehicle WITHOUT us authorizing it.
