My seat was adjusted to sit higher and closer to the dash. Also my instrument panel is still in reset mode and I can't figure out how to rest it. I waited 20 minutes after my car was finished for them to bring it out. Not sure why but this the first time I have been unsatisfied. Did you change service managers? Nothing like before.

The main reason I brought my car in is because I had an alert that said “Engine Maintenance Required.” They changed my oil because they thought it said “Maintenance Required.” I didn’t even need an oil change and the issue I brought it in for wasn’t resolved. They offered to take it back in as soon as possible but this was a huge inconvenience considering I already went the whole day without my car thinking the issue was being resolved.

You have a lot of stuff on the message that you send to my phone. Some of it I am totally unfamiliar with. What is wrong with sending Angela to me and make it personal. I had to go find her just to explain the message to me. That is when I found out that my car was ready.I have to be careful what I do, so I will not order something I do not want.
