I used to own a Honda, the Honda dealership had me in and out in 30 minutes. Since owning a Toyota and having service at a Toyota dealership it is never less than 2 hours that I have to wait. Even if it is a simple tire patch. I am not one to complain about anything, even wait times, use this a constructive criticism. I work in healthcare and am very familiar with wait times and patient complaints. I made it a point to sit outside to wait for my tire on my Toyota to be repaired, I watched closely, there were several vehicles that came after mine and were taken to the repair bays before mine. I didn’t say anything because I am a very patient person. Hope this survey helps, I definitely want to continue to get my Toyota serviced by Toyota professionals, my time is as valuable as anyone’s.
