I would have liked to be notified that my car was ready when iWork on it was finished. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to get it because he never told the guys to bring it up. The service has gone down from the time I started bringing a Toyota here which was with a Corolla that we bought from y’all. I believe that was 14 years ago. You would think the service would get better not worse. I need to talk to a manager when there are things wrong with my car. Not my phone. I hate it.
