The wait time was absurdly long— over 3 hours for a tire replacement. Further, the techs did not notice the damage to side wall on tire that warranted replacement and initially attempted to repair. That being said, Michael was very professional, courteous, and helpful.

Thankyou for fitting me in today. Busy day July 3,!!!! Michael explained items why they needed repair. He didn’t rush me or act like he was in a hurry. He asked me if I would mind if he asked mechanics if they could finish repairs .Due to upcoming holiday and closing early. That was respectful of me and the mechanics. He gave me a waiting time for inspection and repairs and I appreciated that.

I was at LC Toyota for almost 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation which was told would take approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Charged for cabin air filter which was not changed. New Service sticker date was to return 12/2/23 but had the same mileage as when I brought my vehicle in. Also my microfiber towel that I had on the side my my car door was taken. I had it there prior to bringing my car in today 7/3/23. Had to return as soon as I left for a weird sound on my AC fan. That's when they removed the cabin air filter to see if there was anything stuck, that's when I noticed it was not changed. It will be really hard for me to trust LC Toyota Service department again. By the way they did credit me for the air filter, which I will be getting on my own so I will know it is changed. Thank you for listening to my concerns!
