I waited 2 1/2 hours for my car to get tire patched from a nail.
Service advisor Charles Wooldridge never informed me that my car was ready. I finally went outside to wait on my car. The service department was closing and a gentleman in the service lane asked me if I was waiting for my car. I said yes. He asked who my advisor was. I told him Charles Wooldridge. The man checked and Charles office light was off and he had gone home for the day. The man said he tried to call Charles but he did not answer.
My car was not in the service lane but on the south side of it parked.
There is no telling how long my car was sitting there ready. Charles never notified me but left for the day.
