Our advisor left for lunch without advising us that our car was ready. We had to go up and find a different advisor to ask about the car. It took quite some time to find the keys. I was told that I would receive a text message with the results of the inspection, but I didn’t. After leaving the appointment, I received an automated text message saying that we had missed our appointment, which we definitely did not.

I had an 8:00 appointment. I checked in before 8:00. The advisor said there were no technicians there. They would take it back in a few minutes. It was 8:45 before my vehicle was taken to the back. I understand a delay but that was not reasonable to wait 45 for the vehicle to be taken back for an 8:00 appointment. When I mentioned it to the advisor that I had another appointment, he said “oh I didn’t know you had another appointment”. He made it seem like he could have brought it back sooner. The rest of my service went well and was very informative about additional repairs needed.

Too early to tell. I think more water is getting past my truck bed cover now. The rain revealed a lot. I know they are not waterproof but I don't think that much water should get in. Right now the cover is just decoration.
