AW is wonderful and helpful. I am however not totally satisfied because I believe the transmission is acting up and the tech wasn’t able to catch it in the act so I spent $70 for nothing. I have read the transmissions in the 2017+ Highlander’s have transmission issues and and fairly certain that is happening here. I don’t want to spend thousands in parts that won’t fix the ultimate problem.

It shouldn’t take 3.5 hours to get a vehicle diagnostic, an oil change, a tire rotation, and change lug nuts. Having said that, I’m pleased with how thorough a job the techs do and AW made my day by identifying the source of the low tire pressure light I was getting (the spare.)
