It took too long for an oil and tire rotation. Over 2 hours. I don’t like being contacted by text when I’m sitting in the showroom. I am not an individual who looks constantly at the cell phone. I am 68 years old. I noticed some of the service providers came out to speak to the customers. Mr. Weeks, my advisor, texted. Not good. Impersonal.

Mr. Hicks was awesome. Very professional and personable through it all. The service Department was quicker than expected with the repairs needed. I expected no sooner than Monday or Tuesday the following week and Mr. Hicks surprised me Friday afternoon with the news my truck was repaired and ready. Mr. Hicks even went out of his way, as it was 1720 Toyota Service closes at 1730, he waited for me to drive from University area to puck up the truck since I had to work Saturday. Awrsome!
