Went to Toyota in Lafayette for a tire rotation and the refused to do it due to after market rims were on my truck even though it was out on at a Toyota dealership. Service is usually excellent, but in the overall inspection, a screw was not put back on on the engine filter cover box . I understand this is a special order screw. If someone can help me replacing this crew. I would greatly appreciate it.

My service advisor was wonderful first if all .. Brent very nice and polite young man .
i got back home and was putting the paper work in my glove box from the service work and the damper arm for my glove box was sitting in the bottom of my glove box ..
I took the box out and and put the damper back together , connected it and reinstalled the glove box .. not a big deal but makes me want to look over everything carefully after doing work on the car ..didn’t discourage me from returning to have work done .
