I was informed by text whn my vehicle was being serviced,told exactly what was wrong with pictures to prove it. I don’t understand why it takes 2 hours for an oil change and inspection? Why is my cabin air filter dirty every time I bring it in ? I was shown a picture, that filter was changed for the very first time 3-4 years ago and the picture shown then was nowhere near as filthy as the one this morning and that filter was nearly 10 years old. I will be having the filter checked and the supposedly rear shocks checked for leaks. Very disappointed with this visit.
