If customer ask how long it will take when handing keys over, and they are told 45 minutes. Great service would be 45 minutes or less. Not 2 hours for no surprises, just an oil change. And that was with an appointment that the customer showed up up 10 early to

i scheduled my oil change and replacement of brakes Clay was awesome got prices on new tires gave me the sale date and i got there at 8:15 and 10:15 got a notice the pads were out of stock!!! to top it off the sales guy said i had to pre pay or they would not order!!! Bad on both points who commits to a brake job 3 weeks in advance and doesnt have and then wont order unless you prepay thank god you serve popcorn or day definitely a waste
