I was like an invisible person today I watched people come and sit 30 minutes later they were walking to get their cars 2 and half hours I got info on my car I bought my car in 2008 and have always depended on your company I am 81 years old and for the first time got frustrated but I understand the fact that u. Guys were busy but after paying went out to get my car I watched 7 people get their car and had to ask where is mine they said we will find it I told them it is parked right there between them all carrying a plate of food 4 hours to do maintenance upset when I left but I work retail and I got over it suggestion. Ask employees not to bring plates of food to their stations very distracting

We have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma. We bought new headlights. My husband tried to adjust them but he was afraid that he would break them. So we brought the truck in to y'all to adjust the headlights on November 17tht. They adjusted them but they were still a little off. So we brought the truck in again on November 21st for y'all to readjust it. We were probably there a hour and a half or so. Then they came out and told us they could not be adjusted because they only adjust up and down they did not adjust right to left. My husband said yes they do can I show you. So my husband went back there to show them how it adjusts. And they said it was broke that's why it could not be adjusted. My husband just bought them headlights they were over $250 each. He told me he did not want to argue with them because he had no proof that it wasn't broke in the first place. But we do have proof it was not broke. If it was broke they wouldn't have adjusted it on October 17th. They would told us it was broke then instead of charging us for it. Now we have brand new headlights that we see the ditche when we drive. The technician told us we need to buy a factory headlights. We are not happy campers

Blue was very nice and informative about what was going to be checked on the car and then after it was checked he told me what they would be working on. After all work was done he explained what was done.
