I’ve always been very satisfied with LC Toyota Service but I’m very disappointed this time. I feel like I was being scammed today. Tried to get me to pay $780 for “bad tire sensors” when there was nothing wrong with them. The same with a cabin air filter.

I was informed to check my messages but the messages only said that the inspections were ready for review and it did not state that my car was ready to pick up. I waited for TWO HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked Michael about it he said that I should have checked my messages and he did not inform me that my car would be ready when the inspection review message was delivered. Need better clear communication. I will NOT be back for service here again.
