The recommended repairs also stated they'd been performed by the technician. This was delivered via message while I sat in the waiting room. IT Really PISSED me off that over $2000 of repairs had been done on my vehicle without consulting me. That's the kind of **** that makes me not to ever buy a vehicle from you again. Ford makes a great product and I Don't have to drive to lake Charles. The More I think about it the more PISSED I get. I have nothing to say good about the overall experience and will be telling everyone I know how much this small detail really screwed my opinion of an otherwise wonderful experience. The people were fantastic and helpful but the **** message caused My blood pressure to burst and I have a heart issue. Not really sure I want to repeat this. I have a pile of 4 letter word I would like to share with the president of your organization..I would love to say regards but screw you feels better.

Matt Hicks is my go to guy at Lake Charles Toyota. I would consider Matt a strong asset to the organization because he is great at what he does. He makes me feel like family, he's professional courteous and quite frankly the guy is cool. I recommend everyone that I can to go see Matt and I personally try to deal only with him. I feel he is truly trying to help me each time we do business and he has the ability to make it more than just business, he is why I keep returning. I would consider a bonus or a raise for the man because he is the best I've ever dealt with, there is no comparison anywhere else.
