Just over 3 hours to put a new tire on is totally unacceptable! We have never waited this long for any service we have received from LC Toyota. Was to have the oiled changed but the oil sticker on the windshield was not changed so really have no clue if it was changed or not. I guess there is a first for everything!

I was so glad that you had a tire replacement available. I was taken by surprise at the damage shown in the photo. The PBS worker did not see that because he was going to try to air it up, but I was afraid I could not trust it on the road. The two guys at the Ford dealership and I felt all around the tire and could not see this gap either.
Thank you for getting me in and on the road. Glad you all found the problem that the four of us could not find.
