Matt Hicks is always ready to serve and keeps me updated the entire time my vehicle is being serviced. Even with the text messages they send now, he still goes the extra mile to ensure that I understand if anything extra shows up or could become a potential problem.

My appointment was for 9am. 10am I get a text saying they are behind and will get to mine shortly. I went to my service advisor and they said they were running behind and some people had been there since 8am and were still waiting. I took a day off to get this and other things done. I had to cancel my oil change because they were so backed up. I will have to take another day off to get this done.
