I mentioned it twice and still don’t have wiper fluid. Plus, my check engine light is still on, so I can’t turn on the cruise control.

This is the third time I have gone recently where I waited for hours and my vehicle had yet to go into the shop to be repaired. Three visits ago I brought my vehicle for inspection, oil change, repair handle over driver window, and check to see why my vehicle made a grinding noise when I backed up and was turning left. The oil change and inspection were done but not the two repairs need. So another appointment was scheduled. When I brought the vehicle for the 2 needed repairs the part needed for the handle over the driver window had not been ordered. I waited several hours and I was told the other repair could not been done until later in the day. So I asked for the repairs to be rescheduled. I went yesterday and was told the part needed for the handle repair was in. I was told it would take about an hour and thirty minutes for the work to be done. I waited 3 hours and my vehicle had not gone into the repair shop yet with no idea on when it would.
All my prior visits to your business were great but these last 3 were not.

I left without getting repair bc after 2.5 hours the vehicle still hadn’t even been brought into shop for repair. I’m confused as to why I have to make an appt if the appt means nothing in regards to the amount of time I will have to wait in the waiting area. I don’t have all day to sit at your dealership for a repair that only takes an hour to complete. If things are going to take that long for scheduled maintenance, then loaners need to be given.
