I had an 0815 appointment. I was waiting on my car. It was not even taken back til after 1200. I left the dealership around 1300. I waited 5 hours for a 45min transmission flush. Why schedule appointments if you have to wait over 4 hours.
I also had to track down my advisor for updates. Overall not a good use of my time.
