2 hours (with an appt) is too long to wait for an oil change. Then to have to come back to wait another 2 hours to have one tire put on. Your place is clean, nice, and professional but I get one day off a week and this makes me NOT want to have my vehicle serviced with you. PLEASE offer a courier service for people who can’t wait. If you would come get my car from work or offer to bring me to work on weekday then you could have ALL day to get down what need to be done and I don’t have to waste a whole day off.
