Took too long for an oil change. Arrived early, Appt was for 1:15pm. Van was attended by 1:30pm. Notified it was in the shop around 2pm. Finished oil change around 3:15p. A bit long for an oil change with an appointment. Other than that everyone was nice.

When we checked in today, we were told our maintenance, which was free, was due, even though we questioned it being “too early.” We were then charged labor for that. In addition, we had an appointment for something unrelated. We were scheduled for 2pm to have a new key fob replace a lost one and programmed. We were told the length of time needed was 1 1/2 -2 hours. After being told the technician was being held up by other jobs, we got our vehicle at 5:45. We have never received service like this in our years of doing business with LC Toyota.
