When the appointment was scheduled I was not informed that the service would take approximately 3-4 hours. I then informed the service department that I would be staying and waiting for the vehicle service to be completed. I spent the next few hours in the waiting area and was later informed by a family member that the vehicle had been finished and ready for appreciably 30 minutes. When I went to the desk and asked about the status of the vehicle, as I had been waiting and no one came to speak with me, I was told that services had JUST finished. When I asked about the key itself I was rudely told that the key had been provided when we purchased our vehicle even though it had not been. When I asked further, I was spoken to in a patronizing tone, as the service personnel advised me about the key. I walked out of the dealership unsatisfied with the service management.
The service technicians that work on the vehicles have been fine, but the inside staff have left me with a bad experience.
