My tire light notification is still on even after buying a new set of tires(4) and having them put on at your dealership. Clay was super attentive and did a fantastic job, reminded me of how you guys ran things a few years ago. You probably should consider bringing back AW and Tony. They were great and I never had a single issue. Personal service and connection still matters, especially when working people are paying you their hard earned money that doesn’t quite stretch as far as it use to.

It took over 2 hours to put new tires on. Our appt was 1:45 and we didn't leave until close to 4:00. They did however, feed us hotdogs and drink!! Lol

Satisfied with service but should have. Be n informed that I would be charg ed for using my credit card. Customers need to be informed when booking service. 36.75 charged was excessive. Very very Disappointed Had I known I would have brought my ch check book. This is a dis service to your customers

I don't think the slow start diagnosis was completely addressed. Was told the battery failed test but don't think that is correct or the problem. I do appreciate the no charge for the service check.

Brandt was professional. Wilson the technician was informative and answered my questions. Did not find the noise in the dashboard but Brandt suggested I bring it in overnight because it could have something to do with weather compression and decomposition? That’s what I will do.

It's not a big deal but when I got on my truck the maintenance alert was still on the truck. If I had to grade the visit it would be a 9.9 out of 10. My service advisor was great, I know the technicians worked extra hard due to my skid plates. Just the .1 touch would have been to clear the alert. Overall glad I am back in the Toyota family and it was great to see Tony in the Mods department. I look forward to many more visits.
