While the oil change and inspection was great I had asked for my tires to be rotated. I didn’t pay for the service since I purchased all 4 tires from lake Charles Toyota. However I have one rim cover missing and the tire is still in the same location. Not a big deal since I didn’t pay for it, just wanted to make you aware that this was not completed as requested.

It took over an hour to patch a tire. They notified me after the first hour I was there, (I was there for an oil change and tire rotation) that a nail was found in my tire. That repair took another hour. Then after my truck was finished and brought out it set there until I asked why it wasn’t being driven to the pick up line.
