From my understanding, because I purchased my 2023 Toyota Camry through Toyota, I was told that my oil changes were free as long as I had my vehicle and get my oil changes done at Toyota and I’ve purchased brand new tires in July 2025, and was told that my tire rotation was free as well. For my April 3rd visit, I’ve gotten my oil change donr and tire rotation but had to pay for it. Now, my oil change wasn’t supposed to be done until May but due to me going on vacation and needing my car, I’ve gotten in done on April 3rd and maybe that could be why I had to pay for it.
